Implementation project


The implementation Project, which can be implemented upon the client’s request right after the Analysis, contains:

  • Full implementation of proposed solutions (It is step by step implementation of proposed and agreed changes. There are usually processes changes, changes in activities, changes in management tools and organization of work, … and changes in capacities and overall organizational structure). All agreed changes are implemented to the stage of complete function and takeover of the client direct management.
  • Project control tools with evaluation of improvements and effects arising out of the introduced changes.
  • Total project saving evaluation, final presentation and final written report.

The duration of the Implementation Project (Phase II) is usually from several months to one year.
