Forms of cooperation

The way of cooperation with our clients depends on their needs, possibilities and goals. The individual forms of cooperation differ by the scope, duration and the amount of outputs.

The most common and effective way of cooperation includes two phases:

Phase I = Analysis (audit of existing situation with proposal for improvement, financial definition of improvement potential)

Phase II = Implementation Project (implementation of all changes for improvement identified during the Analysis = Phase I)

In addition, we offer other forms of cooperation, from consultancy, project controls, specific studies, development programs, audits, implementation programs to Interim Management.
